Recipe: Quinoa Burrito Bowl

This bad boy could possibly be the most delicious meal I have ever made. Seriously. It’s light but filling and full of flavors! The best part is, it’s super easy to make AND packed full of protein! If you don’t know, quinoa is considered a complete protein because it has all the necessary amino acids. Although it is a protein it is still considered a grain. It’s delicious and easy to make! So go run to the market and get some organic quinoa and whip up this deliciousness!

    YUM! I’m going to make this yummy treat this week … but probably with brown rice instead of quiona. We are TOTAL quiona lovers, but I have brown rice on hand. Thanks for the idea!
